Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) invites applications for one position of Senior Team Lead (R&D Secretariat) to provide policy and technical support to the Ministry of Energy, implementation of power sector plans, and management of approved policies/plans.

Bachelor's degree (required) or Master's degree (preferred) in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering from a PEC-accredited institution or other relevant degree from a recognized university. Minimum of 8 years post-qualification professional experience in the power sector, including planning, hydropower, renewable energy, power-system studies, R&D, innovation, project development, and project management. Strong knowledge of Pakistan's power sector, including generation, transmission, distribution, sector planning, regulatory framework, energy transition, renewables, energy storage, and institutional reform. Skills in analytical drafting, communication, presentation, coordination, project/contract procedures, procurement processes, and international best practices are required. |
