NHA Re-invitation: e‑Bids for Operation, Management & Maintenance of Bus Bays (Wazirabad & Rawalpindi)

The National Highway Authority (Punjab‑North Region, Central Zone) invites e‑bids for Operation, Management and Maintenance Contracts (OMMC) of bus bays with provision of public facilities on an Advance Quarterly Net Guaranteed Revenue basis for an initial period of one (1) year, extendable up to two (2) years subject to satisfactory performance. Eligible private business entities (sole proprietorship or partnership firms) may submit bids.

Bidding will follow a Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure. Eligibility requirements include registration with the Income Tax Department, presence on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and valid PEC registration (Category C‑5). Bid security must be provided in the shape of a Pay Order/CDR in favour of "National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund - Security Deposit)" for each location. All firms are advised to obtain EPAPS/e‑procurement registration at eproc.gov.pk and comply with PPRA requirements.
