CDA Street Lights Division Invitation for Bids — Illumination & Up‑gradation of Quaid Portrait, Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (CDA), Street Lights Division invites electronic bids through EPAD System 2.0 under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure for illumination, beautification and up‑gradation of the Quaid portrait on Islamabad Expressway, Islamabad.

Eligibility: Contractors/firms duly enlisted with EPAD, holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license with appropriate category & codes, Electrical License issued by Electrical Inspector Islamabad for execution of electrical & mechanical works in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, and NTN & GST registration with FBR.

Bid security / earnest money must be provided as a Deposit at Call (CDR) generated from the firm’s account clearly indicating the firm’s name in favor of Deputy Director, Street Light Division‑II, CDA and submitted at Shop No.01, Bazar No.08, Street No.57, Sector G‑6/4, Islamabad before closing hours on 2026-11-02. Firms without bid security in original will be marked non‑responsive.

Bidders must upload readable PDF files via EPADS2.0. An undertaking on stamp paper (attested by a notary public) worth not less than Rs.100 is required, confirming genuineness of technical bid information and absence of litigation or blacklist status. Tenders will be opened on EPADS2.0 in the office of Director E&M (Maint) at the address above in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend, as per PPRA rules.
