Punjab Highway Department Tender Notice — Special Repair Works (Highway Mechanical Division, Rawalpindi)

Punjab Highway Department invites online tenders for multiple special repair works of road construction/maintenance machinery, loaders, dumpers, pickups, trailers and snow‑blowing equipment for Highway Mechanical Division, Rawalpindi, under PPRA e‑Tendering System.

Eligible engineering firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (valid PEC registration in relevant category/codes; ME07 — General Mechanical Works only) may participate. Registration on the Punjab e‑Procurement portal is required. As per PPRA Rules bidders must submit bid security via digital online payment through the Punjab e‑Procurement System in favour of the Executive Engineer, Highway Mechanical Division, Rawalpindi; physical instruments (CDR, pay order, bank draft, cashier's cheque, etc.) will not be accepted. Bids will be retrieved and opened on the date and time shown below in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.
