PKLI & RC Tender: Biosafety Cabinet and High‑Speed Ultracentrifuge (closing 2026-11-03)

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Center (PKLI & RC) invites e-bids from original manufacturers, sole distributors or authorized distributors registered with income tax and sales tax authorities for supply of goods. Bidding documents are available on the PKLI website and the Punjab e‑Procurement System. E-bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e‑Procurement System.

Bids must include 2% bid security of the estimated amount submitted electronically through the Punjab e‑Procurement System; physical bid security instruments are not acceptable. Hard copy bids will not be considered. Firms must be registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System to participate. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-10-20 at 11:00 AM in the Supply Chain conference room at PKLI. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. If the closing date is declared a public holiday the next working day will be considered. Procurement will follow Punjab procurement rules.
