Eligibility: Constructors registered with the Income Tax Department and on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue with valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-5 or above, with specialization CE-01 & CE-10.
Procurement Method: Single Stage Two Envelopes. Bidding documents will be available for free download on the NHA e-bidding website from 2026-10-22. Bids must be submitted through NHA's e-Bidding system.
Submission Deadline: Bids must reach the address below on or before 2026-11-03 by 11:00 Hours. Technical e-bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hours.
