Tender documents may be collected from the Office of the Manager Procurement against a banker's cheque of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) per tender in favour of "Treasurer HITEC University, Taxila", payable at Askari Bank, HIT Taxila Branch. A separate bid, with bid security as per tender documents, shall be submitted for each tender in a sealed envelope marked with the tender name.
Pre-Bid Meeting: Monday, October 26, 2026 at 1100 hrs.
Last Date of Bid Submission: Thursday, November 05, 2026 at 1230 hrs.
Opening of Technical Proposals: Thursday, November 05, 2026 at 1300 hrs. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will not be accepted. The University may reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance of a bid.
