Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO). Purpose: Invitation for e-bids for distribution of electricity bills for a two-year period (Nov 2026 to Oct 2028), extendable as per contract, under MEPCO Operation Circle Multan using Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure per PPRA Rules.
