Issuer: Sukkur IBA University. Tender No.: Tender Proc/EPADS/0122. Project: Extension of offices and laboratory on the first floor over the existing building at Sukkur IBA University, Ghotki Campus.

Tender availability and submission are through the EPADS (E‑Pak Acquisition & Disposal System). Manual bids will not be considered. The bidding procedure is single stage two‑envelope.

Key eligibility and conditions:

- Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the applicable category and specialized code for the works.

- Valid license from the Electrical Inspector for electrical works issued by the Government of Sindh (Sukkur Region); if expired, a copy of renewal and challan must be attached.

- Registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and Active Taxpayer Status.

- Bidders shall have an average annual turnover, as per FBR tax returns for the last five years, not less than one‑third of the estimated cost of the works.

- Submission of an affidavit on non‑judicial stamp paper confirming no blacklisting, no litigation affecting performance, and non‑involvement in corruption/fraudulent practices.

- Bid validity period: 90 days.
