Tender for 30 kW Solar System Installation at University of Sufism & Modern Sciences, Bhitshah

Issuer: University of Sufism and Modern Sciences, Bhitshah (Procurement Method: EPADS). Tender No. NIT/USMS/237 of 2026 dated 2026-10-12 for the supply and construction of a 30 kW solar system at the University campus in Bhitshah, Sindh.

Pay order/bank draft must be made in favor of University of Sufism and Modern Sciences, Bhitshah. Bidders must use EPADS; documents and bidding conditions available at https://www.sppra.gov.pk.

Mandatory eligibility and documents include: income tax returns for last 03 years with documentary proof; audit report / bank statement showing average turnover of Rs. 20 million for last 03 years; details of equipment, machinery and transport with documentary proof; valid PEC registration in relevant category with required specialization codes; company ISO certifications (ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2016); affidavit on stamped paper that firm is not blacklisted and not involved in litigation with government/semi-government/autonomous bodies; list of similar projects in last 03 years with at least 03 solar projects and work orders/completion certificates showing minimum Rs. 20 million each; valid tax registration with authorities and proof of active tax payer status; valid electrical inspector license for electrical works; original bid documents and BOQ signed and stamped by contractor to be submitted at time of tender opening.

Rejection conditions include: blacklisted firms, unsigned/unstamped bids, conditional/telegraphic bids, late bids, and bids without required bid security. University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules.
