Bids must be submitted on EPADS (http://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 2026-11-03 at 11:00 AM along with earnest money of PKR 250,000 (each station) in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Vice Commissioner Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees' Social Security Institution. Original CDR must be physically submitted or sent through courier services on or before 2026-11-03 at 11:00 AM to the office of the undersigned.
Tender fee: PKR 2,000 (non‑refundable) payable at Allied Bank Limited, Kohat Road Peshawar Code‑0319. Account No. 0010015894300010; IBAN: PK16ABPA0010015894300010. Bank draft in favor of Vice Commissioner Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees' Social Security Institution is also acceptable prior to submission.
Bids will be opened on 2026-11-03 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Hall, ESSI Head Office, Peshawar in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized representatives. Clarification or information may be obtained during office hours; queries will be entertained via EPADS. The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 47 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014.
