Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Quetta invites sealed tenders under the Balochistan Composite Schedule of Rates for construction works. Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPR A) Rules 2014 (amended). Interested contractors/firms should meet the stated eligibility and submission requirements.

Eligibility & key conditions: Firms/contractors must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) — single entity eligible; category C-5 or above as required. A Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee of 2% of the quoted amount in favor of the Executive Engineer from a scheduled bank is required as bid security. Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure will be used.
Documents & fee: Tender documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website or obtained from the office. Tender documents are available against a fee (Rs. 2,500 as indicated).
Submission & opening: Sealed tenders must reach the Office of the Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Zarghoon Road, Quetta by 11:00 AM on 2016-10-21. Bids will be opened on 2016-10-21 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
