Issuer: Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad. This is a corrigendum/addendum to the tender notice PID(I)3176/26 published on 2026-10-07 regarding procurement of drugs/medicines for the financial year 2026-27 (extendable).
Amendments: Mandatory bidding document clauses have been amended concerning pre-qualification of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Units, Marketing Authorization Holder/Importer/Indenter (Sole Agents) and Authorized Distributors. Corrections have been made to the knockdown criteria: Marketing Authorization Holder/Importer/Indenter (Sole Agents) under Clause 5, and Authorized Distributors under Clauses 3, 4 and 5 of the knockdown criteria. The corrected criteria have been uploaded to FPADs and should be referred to accordingly.
Applicability and other conditions: The corrections are also applicable to firms that have already downloaded tender documents from EPADS. Bid opening date, time, venue and all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
