Military Lands & Cantonments Department, Cantonment Board Jhelum invites electronic bids (E‑Bids) through E‑PADS V2.0 for execution of original repair & maintenance works during Financial Year 2026-27. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and be active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bidding documents are available exclusively on the PPRA and E‑PADS V2.0 portals.

- Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on E‑PADS V2.0 may register at the portal. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted in accordance with Rule 48 of PPRA Rules, 2004.
