Proposals must be submitted in separate Technical and Financial envelopes, both placed in one sealed envelope addressed to the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Lower Chitral. Proposals uploaded to e-PADS that are corrupt, unreadable or contain viruses will be rejected. If the last date is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date. The Competent Authority may reject any or all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with KPPRA Rules.
