Open Tenders for Rig Parts, Tyres and Sodium Bentonite — Dera Ghazi Khan

Administrator (Public sector organization) invites sealed tenders from reputable firms, stockists, wholesale dealers and manufacturers registered with the Sales Tax Department, having their own office with telephone number and Sales Tax Registration number, on FOR Dera Ghazi Khan basis.

Tender documents are available on payment of Rs.1,000 (non-refundable) by demand draft in favour of Head LAO, P.O. Box No.77, Dera Ghazi Khan. Proforma invoice of principals abroad must be attached where applicable. Quoted rates must remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening. A 5% earnest money (deposit-at-call) in favour of Head LAO, P.O. Box No.77, Dera Ghazi Khan must be enclosed with the quotation.

Tenders must reach by 14:30 hours on the due date shown against each tender and will be opened the same day at 15:00 hours in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Quotations must be sent in sealed cover to Administrator, P.O. Box No.77, Dera Ghazi Khan via Post/UMS or an authorized courier service. Hand-delivered quotations will not be accepted. Each envelope should be superscribed with the Tender No. and due date.
