Submission requirements and conditions: Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked "Bid for Auction of Karachi Property" and "Confidential". Each bid must include copy of CNIC, complete address and phone/cell numbers of the bidder. Company/firm bids must be signed by an authorized representative. Earnest money will be refundable to unsuccessful bidders; it will be forfeited for the successful bidder on default as per the terms & conditions. Pay Orders/Demand Drafts of unsuccessful bidders will be released within 60 days from the date of bid opening. SME Bank Ltd. (IOL) reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
