Pakistan Railways Directorate of Education invites e-bids from reputable national firms/companies/JVs with relevant education-sector experience for outsourcing seven closed Pakistan Railways schools under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model on RUOT basis. The concession period is 30 years, including a 2-year mobilization period.
Bidding is electronic only via EPADS v2.0. This is a Single Stage Two Envelope procurement. Eligible bidders include individuals/consultants, sole proprietorships, partnership firms, and private limited companies. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and be on the Active Taxpayer List. Manual bids will not be accepted.
