Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC) invites applications for multiple engineering positions for a newly established R&D lab & collaboration center located in Islamabad.

| 2 | Senior CAD Designer (1 pos) | DAE Mechanical or BSc Technologist from a recognized university | Minimum 8 years | Develop 2D/3D manufacturing drawings and assemblies; ensure designs meet GD&T, dimensional, material and manufacturability standards; maintain CAD data, BOMs and revisions; support manufacturing, procurement and assembly teams to resolve design issues. |
| 3 | Process Engineer (1 pos) | Minimum Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in relevant field; chemical engineering background preferred | Minimum 6 years | Lead plant process design and engineering including process development, optimization, equipment selection and sizing; develop process simulations, PFDs, P&IDs and equipment datasheets; ensure compliance with ASME, API, ISO and NFPA standards; coordinate with engineering teams and contractors. |
| 4 | Mechanical Design Engineer (1 pos) | Minimum Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in relevant field; PEC-registered engineer shall be preferred | Minimum 4 years | Perform mechanical design using 3D CAD; prepare BOMs, engineering drawings, specifications and revision-controlled documentation; apply engineering standards, GD&T, tolerances and manufacturability practices; support fabrication, testing and commissioning. |
| 5 | Principal Mechanical Design Engineer (1 pos) | Minimum Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in relevant field; PEC-registered Mechanical Engineer shall be preferred | Minimum 15 years | Lead mechanical design for heavy equipment and machinery; oversee design reviews, calculations and specifications; ensure compliance with ASME, API, ASTM, ISO and project standards; coordinate with clients, vendors and engineering teams and ensure quality of deliverables. |
