Issuer: NFC Institute of Engineering & Fertilizer Research (Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training), Faisalabad.
Purpose: Complete supply, installation, commissioning, testing and two years operational maintenance services for a 100 kW solar system on a turnkey basis. Procurement will follow Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules, 2026.

Eligibility & documents: Firms must be reputable, financially sound and registered on EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). Bidders must submit duly signed and stamped proposals and meet the eligibility and qualification criteria in the bidding documents. Bidding documents are available on the NFC-IE&FR website (www.jefr.odu.pk), PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) and EPADS v2.0 portal; they may also be inspected at the Accounts Department of NFC-IE&FR, Faisalabad during working days from 06:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
Submission: Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded on EPADS v2.0; the original instrument (CDR/PO/DD) in favour of NFC Institute of Engineering & Fertilizer Research, Faisalabad must be submitted to the Procuring Agency before bid opening.
Deadline & opening: Electronic submission deadline is 2026-11-04 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened through EPADS v2.0 on 2026-11-04 at 11:30 AM.
Other provisions: All documents are subject to verification. Submission of forged or misleading documents may result in disqualification and possible blacklisting. NFC-IE&FR reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Public Procurement Rules, 2026.
