Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites electronic bids through E‑PADS for multiple construction, repair and maintenance works at various 132 kV and 66 kV grid stations. Works include construction of category‑IV residential flats, maintenance and repair of control houses and residential quarters, construction of sub‑division/office buildings, upgradation of water supply and sewerage, boundary walls and parking sheds.
Eligibility and submission requirements include: contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with the required category and specialization code renewed for 2026‑27; registration on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL); income tax returns for the last three years; up‑to‑date Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) registration where applicable; submission of past experience and completion certificates as required; and provision of bid security as per the bidding documents.
Bids must be submitted online through E‑PADS Version 2.0. Tender documents can be downloaded and uploaded via E‑PADS/PPRA website (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bids submission and opening schedule: submission deadline 2026-11-03 up to 11:30 AM; bid opening on 2026-11-03 at 12:00 Noon via E‑PADS.
