Issuer: Sukkur IBA University. Sukkur IBA invites electronic tenders through EPADS (E‑Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) on a single‑stage two‑envelope basis from eligible and experienced firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Manual bids will not be considered.

Key requirements and conditions: bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and hold applicable Income Tax and Sales Tax registration (and Sindh Revenue Board registration where applicable). Electrical works require a valid license from the Electrical Inspector. Bidders must provide affidavit(s) regarding blacklisting, litigation and correctness of information as per the tender conditions. Bid validity: 90 days. Bid security: 2% of the bid in the shape of pay order, demand draft or call deposit as specified.
