The Cantonment Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah Cantonment, gives notice that property (Plot/Entry No. 654-B, Survey No. 16) at Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt, currently recorded in the name of Syed Saghir Hussain Shah (son of Syed Munawar Hussain Shah), who died on 2025-05-06, is the subject of an application to transfer ownership to declared legal heirs. NADRA registration certificate No. 300031011088 dated 2025-07-28 records the following heirs: Syed Khurram Abbas Kazmi (son), Syed Kashif Kazmi (son), and Ms. Shehla Aram Kazmi (daughter).
Anyone having objections must submit them with supporting evidence to the Office of Cantonment Board Wah Cantt by registered post or in person within 15 days of this notice's publication. If no timely objections are received, the Board will proceed with the transfer and subsequent appeals or excuses will not be accepted.
