Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) invites shareholders to its 75th Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 27 October 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi, and via video link (Zoom) for transact of the ordinary business listed below.

| 1. Receive, consider and adopt the audited unconsolidated and consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026 together with the auditor's report. |
| 2. Approve and declare a final cash dividend of Rs. 6.00 per share (60%) on Ordinary Shares for the year ended 30 June 2026 as recommended by the Board of Directors. |
| 3. Appoint auditors of the Company and fix their audit fee for the financial year 2026–27. |
Shareholders who wish to attend electronically must register for participation by emailing [email protected]. Registration for electronic attendance should be submitted by close of business on Monday, 26 October 2026 and should include full name, CNIC/NTN, Folio or CDC account number, email address and cell number. The video link and login details will be emailed to registered attendees.
