Candidates having a Master’s degree or Islamic Banking certification/degree or diploma will be preferred. | Minimum 01 year of banking experience, of which at least 06 months’ experience in Branch Operations. |
Key skills & knowledge: sound knowledge of branch operations, general accounts and SBP regulations; good analytical and customer-handling skills; excellent communication and time-management; proficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of KYC/AML, cash handling, reconciliations, inward/outward clearing, vault & ATM balancing and branch compliance including banking laws and SOPs.
Core responsibilities include ensuring compliance with banking laws and internal controls, managing daily financial and non-financial branch transactions, overseeing cash, vault and ATM operations, reconciliation and reporting, ensuring timely account openings and customer service, coordinating with centralised/ADC functions, maintaining registers and documentation, and performing assigned duties by supervisors/manager.
Place of posting: Bathkhela (Malakand), Hyderabad, Islamabad, Karachi, Skark, Khanewal, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Sahiwal.
Employment type: Contractual basis for three years, renewable at management discretion. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for test and/or panel interview. No TA/DA for tests/interviews.
