Issuer: GIZ Pakistan (implemented under the EU Support to Better Governance and Business Environment in Pakistan programme).
Purpose: Expression of Interest (EOI) to engage a consulting firm to provide/perform decarbonization of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) using an ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) based management model. The assignment will deliver SME assessments, change management team workshops, technical coaching, implementation support, validation and development of practical knowledge products. At least 20% of supported SMEs will be women-led, employ women, or directly benefit women. Targeted industrial sectors include Textile and Apparel, Leather, Surgical and Medical Instruments, Rice Processing and Sports Goods.

| How to Apply | Submit a company profile with table of contents addressing each of the compulsory requirements in separate sections and evidence of relevant experience. Only firms meeting eligibility will be invited to submit a detailed Request for Proposal (RFP). |
