National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites electronic bids from registered suppliers/contractors/service providers for data center services and infrastructure. E-bidding documents, terms, conditions and specifications are available on EPADS.
Submission method: Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/). Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day, at least 30 minutes after the bid closing time. In terms of Rules 65 of Public Procurement Rules, 2026, a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is available on EPADS v2.0.
