Military Engineer Services (MES), Office of DG W&CE (Army), invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for multiple civil, water-supply, electrical and solar works at various MES sites.
Tender packages include improvement, upgradation and installation works such as electrical panel upgrades at MES sub-stations, water supply network rehabilitation, installation of solar systems and solar street lighting, replacement/upgrading of water pipelines, provision and commissioning of tube wells and pumps, street lighting installation, provision/installation of transformers and associated miscellaneous E&M services and external services.

Applicants/contractors must submit an application for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials. Tender documents will be issued only after verification of credentials. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and comply with other prequalification requirements specified by MES. Tenders must be submitted in sealed form; specific submission requirements and bid conditions are provided with the tender documents.
