Department of Mechatronics & Control Engineering, University of Engineering & Technology (UET) Lahore invites single-stage, two-envelope e-bids (technical and financial) from authorized dealers registered with relevant tax authorities for supply, installation and commissioning of equipment for the Erasmus+ CBHE BRIDGE project. Bidders must be registered/eligible on the Punjab E-Procurement System.
Submission and opening:
- Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).
- Online bid opening will take place on the same day the bids are submitted.
Pre-bid meeting:
- A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2020-11-02 at 11:00 AM in the Chairman's Office, Department of Mechatronics, UET Lahore.
Eligibility and bid security:
- Only authorized dealers of reputed firms/companies registered with relevant tax authorities may participate. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost of each lot is required as per tender document.
