LESCO Invitation for Bids — Supply of Distribution Materials for Regional Stores

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed e-bids through E-PADs on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from registered manufacturers / suppliers (registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments) for the supply of distribution materials on Free Delivery to Consignee's Stores (F.C.S.). Materials are required for Regional Store Shahalamar, Lahore, 132 kV Grid Station Wagoh and Pattoki.

Packages cover a range of distribution items including distribution transformers (minor/major repair), 11 kV pin insulators, pin/eye nuts, DE clamps, PG connectors (T-155/T-120), anchor shackles, insulator pins, DA bolts & nuts, bolts & nuts sets, various PVC 4-core cables (AWG sizes), ACSR conductors and other associated items. Each lot is invited as a separate tender with individual submission and opening dates.

Bidding documents, detailed terms & conditions, complete specifications, drawings, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid security and other requirements are available on the E-PADs/e-procurement portals. Bids must be prepared and submitted online through the E-PADs/e-procurement system in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents.

• Bid submission and opening are scheduled on specific dates for each tender package between 2026-11-24 and 2026-12-15.
• All bids must be uploaded/submitted via the E-PADs/e-procurement portal specified in the bidding documents.
• Interested bidders should download the bidding documents and submit bids online before the respective closing times for each lot.
