Last date for submission of e-bids: 2026-11-12 by 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM by the Central Purchase Committee of the university in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Bid security must accompany each bid as specified above and submitted through the PPRA-prescribed mechanism (link/online banking as applicable). Single-Stage Two-Envelope bidding procedure will be used. Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014.
