Arif Habib Limited notifies shareholders, under section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017, of persons who have offered themselves as candidates for election as directors at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company scheduled for October 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the PSX Auditorium, Stock Exchange Building, Stock Exchange Road, Karachi, and via electronic means.
