Issuer: Investment Committee, Finance Department, Government of Balochistan. Purpose: sealed bids are invited for placement of available Endowment Fund monies with banks/financial institutions holding a minimum credit rating of "AA".
Eligible bidders: Banks and financial institutions with a minimum credit rating of "AA" at time of placement as assigned by a credit rating agency and published by the State Bank of Pakistan.
Permitted investment avenues: Market Treasury Bills, Pakistan Investment Bonds, Term Deposit Receipts, Fixed Deposits, and other profitable conventional or Shariah‑compliant schemes offered by the institution. Rates to be quoted on an annualized basis.
