District Council Lodhran invites sealed bids through the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk/) from contractors enlisted/renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for the current financial year. Bidding will follow Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended).
Bid documents and payment instructions are available on the PPRA website and the e-Procurement portal. Bids must be submitted via e-Procurement by 2024-11-07 at 12:00 PM and will be opened on 2024-11-07 at 12:30 PM in the office of District Council Lodhran in the presence of the tender opening committee and available contractors or their authorized representatives. Required bid security (earnest money) percentages are listed below; additional performance security may be required if quoted rates are below estimated cost. Failure to submit required CDR/bid security will result in disqualification or forfeiture as per rules.
