Issuer: Investment Committee, Finance Department, Government of Balochistan. The committee invites sealed bids from banks/financial institutions holding a minimum credit rating of "AA" (as assigned by a credit rating agency and published by the State Bank of Pakistan) for investment of available funds of various Endowment Funds in banking products.
Eligible investment avenues: Market Treasury Bills, Pakistan Investment Bonds, Term Deposit Receipts, Fixed Deposits, and other conventional or Shariah-compliant schemes.

The Committee reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to postpone/delay the investment without assigning reasons.
