Eligibility and requirements: Bidder must be on the Active Taxpayer List, not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority. The bidder must have completed at least one assignment of similar nature and demonstrate a turnover of at least PKR 2,583,166,948 in three consecutive previous years. A deposit of PKR 5,000 must be paid through Green Challan (Account # C02718).
Procedure and documents: Procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Tender documents and NIT can be obtained electronically via the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA/EPPS). Bid security must be in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned as specified in the bidding documents.
Submission and opening: Only electronic bids will be accepted via the supplier dashboard. Last date and time for bid submission: 2026-11-09 by 12:00 PM. Tender opening: same day at 01:00 PM on the EPPS system.
