Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced firms/workshops for the hiring of firm/workshop for fleet maintenance & repair services in Rawalpindi under competitive bidding procurement rules.

Bidding documents will be available immediately after publication on the PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites. Prospective bidders may view and download documents from the PPRA Punjab website (www.pppunjab.gov.pk) and EPADS website (e.punjab.gov.pk) free of cost. Bids must be complete, signed, stamped and submitted online through the EPADS portal. Online opening of technical bids will be conducted on the same day through EPADS in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid submission on EPADS portal shall be the responsibility of the bidder.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-11-02 at 12:00 PM. The procurement is conducted under PPRA rules and relevant procurement regulations.
