EOI: Appointment of Advertising Agencies for Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat (FOSPAH), Islamabad

Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection & Harassment of Women at the Workplace (FOSPAH), Head Office Islamabad, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the open competition to appoint advertising agencies to handle its display/classified advertisements and publicity assignments for a period of two years in accordance with PID Guidelines 2021.

Eligible agencies must be enlisted with the Press Information Department (PID) and are requested to submit their company profile along with visual content, design and artwork for print, electronic, digital and social media covering the following services and themes:
- Market research and campaign strategy
- Social media campaigns
- Paid digital advertising
- Website development & optimization
- Content creation for workshops & events, PSAs and other creative assets
- Campaign tracking & analytics
- Influencer engagement
- Television commercials (TVCs) and print media advertising

Selection and appointment will follow the Guidelines and procedures of the Advertisement Policy 2021 issued by PID. Shortlisted agencies will be invited to give a comprehensive presentation before the selection committee.
