National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC), Headquarters G-5/2 Islamabad, invites electronic bids from suppliers/contractors/service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax for the following procurement packages. Bidding documents, terms and specifications are available on the e‑Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS): https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before the listed bid closing date and time. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day, at least 30 minutes after the bid closing time. In terms of Rule 65 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is available on EPADS v2.0.
