Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids (single stage, two-envelope QCBS) for hiring corporate legal consultants for one-year terms. Interested vendors must be registered with PPRA on E-PADS Version 2.0.

Submission method: Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS Ver. 2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/) before closing date and time. Manual submissions will not be accepted. All proposals must be accompanied by an original bid securing declaration on stamp paper (prescribed format in the RFP) submitted to the Office of Director P&CA-II, CDA (Room No.18, Block 3, Sector G-7) before closing time.
Procurement/RFP information: Can be obtained from the office of Deputy Director-P&CA-II, CDA (Block 3, Sector G-7, Islamabad) within seven days from floating of the RFP.
Important dates: Submission deadline 2026-11-06 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened publicly on 2026-11-06 at 11:30 AM.
Other notes: The Authority reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA Rules 2026. Notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) constituted under Rule-65 of Public Procurement Rules 2026 is available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.gov.pk).
