M/s Al Baraka Bank (Pakistan) Limited has instituted Suit No. 176 of 2026 under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 seeking recovery of principal and markup amounting to Rs. 13,089,594/- from the defendant Waqar Ahmed S/O Shafiq Ahmed.
