Military Farm invites sealed tenders/quotations for items including animal hides with fat and bones (cow, buffalo, bull, mule etc.), three-day-old live male calves (separate tender), and various miscellaneous stores for the period 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Tenders will be received in the presence of a board officer on 15 July 2026 (Wednesday) from 09:00 to 11:00 and will be opened at 12:00 noon the same day in the presence of bidders.
Call deposit required: Rs. 20,000 for live calves and Rs. 10,000 for animal hides, payable as call deposit in favour of DGRV&F GHQ Rwp; tenders without call deposit will not be accepted. Successful bidder must deposit one-quarter (1/4) of the total bid on the spot. Monthly announcements/auctions of various items are held on the 5th, 10th, 15th and 25th at 11:00. Taxes as per law; final approval by GHQ. For information during office hours call 8721-34722. Advertisement valid until 30 June 2027.
