Issuer: CMES (Navy) COMLOG, Pakistan Navy — Military Engineer Services. Applications are invited for pre-qualification of contractors/firms and subsequent tendering for multiple civil and maintenance works at Karachi naval establishments.
Pre-qualification deadline: 2026-11-09 (15:00). Pre-qualified firms will be issued tender documents on 2026-11-09. Tender submission deadline: 2026-11-16 (11:30). Tender opening: 2026-11-16 (12:00).
Eligibility and required documents:
- Firms on MES approved list “D” or contractors from other government departments with relevant experience may apply.
- Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration certificate and bank statement must be furnished.
- Firms not on MES approved lists must submit proof of listing with the relevant department, a statement of financial standing with bank certificate, staff details, details of tools and plants, and previous experience for the last two years on the proforma duly attested by a Class-I Gazetted Officer.
- A deposit equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of FDR/Deposit at Call etc. may be required as earnest money; deposits are refundable under the stated conditions.
CMES (Navy) COMLOG reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals and will communicate grounds for rejection on request.
