Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, invites sealed e-bids through EPADS v2.0 under a single-stage, two-envelope procedure for disposal of land/lease of railway lands on a Public‑Private Partnership basis for mix-use commercial development (shopping plazas/markets, corporate offices, retail outlets and factory outlets).
Key terms: lease period 21 years (extendable for another 21 years); annual increase in rent 8% compound; mobilization period 24 months from date of possession; construction per local building by-laws. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-26 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (attendance also via Zoom). Submission of bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-11-02 at 02:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened online on 2026-11-02 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.
E-bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, and submission instructions are available on EPADS v2.0 (Disposal Activity ID provided by REDAMCO). Bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be on an active taxpayer list. All bids must be accompanied by the specified bid security and non-refundable commitment fee as listed below.
