The Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (DHA), Karachi notifies that Mrs. Mussarat Rafi (widow of Mian Muhammad Rafi), resident of House No.70 & 71, Al-Hamra Cooperative Housing Society, Off Tipu Sultan Road, Karachi, expired on 15 March 2022. She held a share in Plot No.153, Khayaban-e-Khalid, Phase VIII-A (approx. 2,000 sq. yards) in DHA Karachi.
Her legal heirs—Mst. Nazia Maqbool (daughter), Mr. Shams Rafi (son) and Mr. Salman Rafi (son)—have applied for transfer of her share. Anyone having any claim or objection should notify the Director Transfer & Record, D.H.A., Karachi in writing within fifteen days, after which no claim will be entertained.
