Punjab Highways Department, Road Construction Division Faisalabad invites e-tenders from eligible Engineering Firms/Contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category/codes) for the following works. Participation through the PPRA e-Tendering System is mandatory. Contractors must possess a valid renewed PEC licence for the financial year 2026-27.
Key submission requirements: Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted only via digital online payment through the Punjab E-Procurement System (link with BOP) in favour of the Executive Engineer Road Construction Division, Faisalabad. Physical bid securities (CDR, pay order, demand draft, etc.) will not be accepted. Successful bidder will be required to submit performance security/guarantee of 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of issuance of the acceptance letter via the e-procurement system. Bidders must follow PPRA rules and the procurement terms and conditions published by the department. Bids will be opened on the specified opening date/time in the presence of representatives who wish to attend.
