Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, Executive Engineer Mega Projects (South-II) D.I. Khan invites tenders through the Single Stage Two Envelope E-PADS system for civil works. Procurement will follow KPPRA Procurement Rules-2014 and relevant notifications. Key instructions and conditions:
- Tendering and submission of bids will be processed through the KPPRA E-PADS system. A mandatory Sale Proceed Fee of Rs. 5,000/- will be charged for bid solicitation documents.
- Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as specified in the bidding documents. Contractors quoting more than 10% below the engineering estimate must submit additional security as required.
