Public Auction — Nursing Hostel Mess / Canteen, Jinnah Hospital Lahore (1‑Year Contract)

Office of the Medical Superintendent, Jinnah Hospital Lahore invites registered individuals/firms/companies to participate in an e‑auction for operation of the Nursing Hostel Mess / Canteen for a period of one year. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing mess/canteen services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at Jinnah Hospital, Lahore.

Key financial and application details:

• Reserve price for one year: Rs. 6,113,480 (exclusive of applicable taxes).
• Earnest Money: 10% of reserve price — Rs. 611,348. Acceptable forms: Bank Draft / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Demand Draft / Pay Order / Banker's Cheque in the name of Medical Superintendent, Jinnah Hospital, Lahore.
• Applicants must register and submit bids via the Punjab e‑Auction Portal (https://health.punjab.gov.pk/eAuction) and follow instructions on the AIMC website / SHC&ME Department as referenced.
• Physical submission of the required earnest money instrument must be made to the Office of the Medical Superintendent within ten days of announcement of evaluation results.
• The auction will be conducted through the e‑Auction Portal; if no bid is received in the last minute, the auction time may be extended by five minutes. The auction concludes at midnight (12:00 AM) on the auction day.
