Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO) invites electronic single-stage, two-envelope e-bids through EPADS v2.0 for long-term lease/disposal of mixed-use commercial lands in Rawalpindi Division and near Margalla Railway Station, Islamabad under a Public Private Partnership.
Key commercial terms: 21-year lease (extendable for a further 21 years); annual rent increase 8% compound; mobilization period 24 months from date of possession; building construction as per local by-laws. Bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List.
