Military Engineer Services (Office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala) invites sealed tenders for multiple works for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Bases. Tender Notice No. DW&CE/6000-Advt-Ckl/25/E-6 dated 2026-10-20.

Eligibility and key instructions:
- Firms must be registered with PEC in Category C-2 & above and the relevant field, with validity at least up to 30 June 2027.
- Preferably enlisted with MES in Category A. In case of non-enlisted firms, 2% bid security will be required (refundable).
- No special report of DI&E & no outstanding DI&E recoveries.
Documentation to be furnished by firms:
- Details including work orders, location and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificate from user.
- List of personnel, bank statement, NTN certificate, income tax returns for the last three years.
- Certificate that firm is not involved in litigation with Government Departments and no special report of Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation.
Submission and opening:
- Tenders will be issued to pre-qualified firms/contractors. Completed tenders are to be received at HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala by 11:30 hours on 2026-11-09 and will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours.

- The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules.
- Interested parties may contact CMES (PAF) Chaklala authorized representative for further details between 07:15 and 13:35 on working days.
